Meet Patti - CWCS Governance Director and Privacy Officer

Since 2008, my son and I have called Chestermere home. During those years, I spent a lot of my time volunteering with many amazing organizations in our city and participating in many programs and initiatives. As I raised my son here as a single mom, the sense of community in Chestermere has always been important to me and therefore, I wanted to remain involved to ensure that tight community feel continued.

Why I got involved - I have experienced domestic abuse in the past, and the lack of support for victims was clear. It is my hope that I can provide support for these women during a difficult time and help them understand that there is a way out.
